The Remote Open Source Controller (ROC) is an integrated, off-the-shelf Programmable Logic controller (PLC) with expansion capabilities. It is used to operate a wide range of motor control sites more efficiently and economically. BLOC Design-Build, LLC is expanding their services to include electrical contracting and instrumentation services to companies operating in the oil and gas industry. Operations Manager James Holland, P.E. said the company decided to include the oil and gas industry after discovering a need for qualified electrical contractors with oil and gas experience.
"Our electricians and instrumentation/control technicians have great experience in the oil and gas industry," Holland said. "We plan to put that experience to work."
